In Tuscany, a few kilometers from Poppi, immersed in the countryside of the Casentino Valley, stands the small estate called Tenuta Rocche.

Tenuta Rocche, situated on a hill overlooking the valley and the sanctuary of La Verna, ideal for a relaxing stay and starting point for walks and excursions, offers three holiday houses with private swimming pool and park that can accommodate altogether up to 11/12 guests of the same group.

The houses, which have been recently restored with wooden and stone finishes and enriched with typical furnishings, look cosy and comfortable. 

All bathrooms are equipped with shower cabin with sliding doors, sink, WC and bidet.

Casa Adriana, the largest, can accommodate 7 people, Casa Debora can accommodate 2 people and a children in a sofa bed and Casa Maria, the smallest, is a large and lovely studio for two persons.

Tenuta Rocche holiday houses are functional, perfectly equipped with modern technological facilities and equipped with every comfort including satellite TV, Wi-Fi,  BBQ, fireplace (except Casa Maria), hairdryer, coffee maker, toaster, tables, chairs and garden umbrellas as well as all accessories necessary to ensure guests a serene and relaxing holiday. 

In a dedicated room, the guests can use a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

From the property, you can walk to the near village of San Martino in Tremoleto, about 500 meters far away.  About a mile away, you can find the near village of Quota with a characteristic grocery shop always open that offers typical from Casentino and Tuscan products.

For day trips by car,  there are interesting destinations such as Pisa (150Km), Perugia (120 Km), Siena (100 km), Cortona (65 km), Firenze (60 km), Arezzo (35 km) and nearby you can visit Poppi, the Santuario della Verna, the Eremo di Camaldoli, the Pratomagno, Pieve di Romena and many other places rich of history and cultural heritage.
